Once your order is processed and you have received your order no. your order will then be processed depending on pre-order shipment date (stating when the item will ship). If there are any additional delays, you will updated via email.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be directed to USPS (1-800-275-8777). If there is any damages to your items please contact us within 72 hours of receiving items to email@example.com
If a package is shipped and your address is incorrect or undeliverable and the items are returned to us , reshipping charges are to be paid by customer .
* We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once your package is marked as delivered and you aren't able to locate it you will have to file a claim with your local USPS as we will not REFUND orders that we have shipped to the address provided.
